Hi, I'm Stacy. I'm 36 years old and have an amazing husband and three wonderful children. Hi, I'm Stacy. I'm 36 years old and have an amazing husband and three wonderful children. In March of 2010 after my father underwent weight loss surgery, I started making changes--choosing to be healthier and more fit. I was 177lbs then. I was able to successfully reach my weight loss goal and maintained a range of 119-124lbs for a few years. Then I started a new job and found the rigorous calorie counting and exercising too restrictive. I also started becoming obsessive about weight and body size to the point where I developed some very unhealthy habits. I took a break from focusing on my fitness so that I could do some inner work. I am now back, seeking to eat more healthfully and get moving. I tossed my scale! I'm working toward finding the balance of what makes my body feel healthy and strong while allowing myself a lot of wiggle room so that I don't feel deprived.

My Program:
No Soda
Switch to whole grains.
Reduce white flour and white sugar.
Eat more protein.
Exercise 5-6X per week.
