Hi, I'm Stacy. I'm 33 years old and have an amazing husband and three wonderful children. In March of 2010 I started making changes, choosing to be healthier and more fit. I was 177lbs then. I have successfully reached my weight loss goal and have been maintaining a range of 119-124lbs since Feb of 2011. I am now a Zumba instructor who exercises 6 days per week. My new interest is healthy, organic foods. I take great pride in feeding my family wholesome food. We avoid most prepackaged foods, and do not eat red meat. I'm by no means perfect, but we're working at it.

My Program:
No Soda Switch to whole grains. Reduce white flour and white sugar. Eat more protein. Exercise 5-6X per week.
