Attention to Intention
My mantra is: BE INTENTIONAL. My ultimate goal is to be the healthiest and most fit woman I can be. I will put purpose behind the choices I make. I have been fairly consistent with my fitness routine for a little over 2 years now. I've had more of a struggle in the area of food/diet. I have been fairly consistent with my fitness routine for a little over 2 years now. I've had more of a struggle in the area of food/diet. I have learned that I can't be well and fit if I try to do it on auto pilot; I have to put purpose and intention into everything all the time. My aim is not perfection, but just increased awareness of how my good and bad choices affect my progress toward goals- and the ability to then adjust or pick up and move ahead when necessary. To borrow the slogan of my awesome trainer, "I'm GETTING FIT ON PURPOSE!!!"

My Program:
I am currently doing a fitness boot camp hourly 3 days a week, running, kickboxing or some form of cardio for at least 30 minutes 2-4 additional days a week. Using the SP nutrition and fitness trackers. Striving to eat 'clean'. I use Advocare supplements.
Personal Information:
Raised as a farm girl, then married a farmer! Mom to a son and daughter. Work as a school district speech-language pathologist. Live in southwestern Illinois, not far from the St. Louis area... Go Illini!!!
