My Goals:
Want to get below 11 stone (154 pounds). At some point I will decide the size I want to stop at, as I don't want to be too gaunt, just look healthy.
My Program:
Never miss breakfast of homemade granola & low fat yoghurt. Only consume small amounts of potato and bread. Plenty of fruit and vegetables. Occasional treats including meals out and chocolate.
