My fitness story
Hi, I'm Suzanne, and this is all about my story of becoming fit. I'm starting now, 10/6/06, and this page will track my progress. Update-01/8/09 -- I'm starting back on this program after being away from it for nearly 2 years. After just one day back, I already feel better about myself. I am going to try to really stick with it this time.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 50 pounds. I have spent my adult life losing weight only to gain it back. I'm hoping this program will help me lose it and keep it off.
My Program:
I am more consistently tracking what I eat and more faithfully exercising.
