Here's my story, I got pregnant at 14, and had my daughter at 15, while pregnant I gained 80 lbs, lost some of it and then I got pregnant three years later with my middle daughter and gained another 80 lbs.
Once I had her I lost a lot of it, not sure how much but a good amount of it I�m sure, then a year later I got pregnant again and gained at least 50 lbs I was 215 when I had my youngest daughter.
After i had her i lost some weight, but didn�t loose a whole lot till my ex and I split up and then I made it to my low of 155.
I then meet the love of my life July 2005 and since then have gained 50 lbs in 4 years. (omg I never thought of it like that) I think that I have been depressed with a custody/divorce battle with my ex, and him having temp. custody.
I have been trying, not truly trying hard enough though to loose the weight, i have been on here for over a year, and have gained knowledge, but haven�t really lost as much as I�d like to have.
That is changing slowly but surely and i will lose what i need to in order to be healthy and happy being me again.

Good Morning StarShine! (that's something my mom always says)
My food intake is horrible! I agree that food can make me happy. I was watching something that said that food can release the good feeling hormones in your brain just like drugs. Ugh. So I'd like to find some other things in my life that make me happy. But what are they? haha.
I'm not super active. I've been going to yoga twice a week but that just started like 3 weeks ago. It's something that my friends will do with me, because they don't like running. I also walk on the track while my daughter is at cheer and then volleyball. That's about it. I'd like to do more, but I have a hard time finding the energy after yoga. It wipes me out for a few days. haha.

Are you tracking your food intake? I find that's hard to do, and I'm sure that that is part of my problem.

I'm doing pretty good, but wish I had more motivation! I've been walking and going to yoga with friends but just haven't gotten back into running like I was before I got pregnant. It's really frustrating and I'm looking to change it because I look in the mirror and don't like what I see.
How are things going with you? I'm sure pretty hectic with your daughters. I have a 10 year old daughter and sometimes she's more work than the new born. haha.
I'd love to keep in contact and I'm hoping that this journey of mine gets a jumpstart soon!
