My Goals:
My goal is to loose more than 100lbs, at times it seem like an overwhelming goal.. so this time I have chosen to break it down into smaller increments and will give way for greater success..

My Program:
Amazed at the perpective that tracking food gives you. I had no idea. That is my key start, since I really was overeating. Big thing for me is cutting out the sweets and cutting back portions.
Exercise, well that is another story.

Personal Information:
I am a single mother to a very busy 10yr old son. I work nigths so eating and exercise can be an issue. I swap back and forth between a night and a day schedule.. hoping by tracking my food, loosing weight will be easier
