09/15/13 Back to the beginning, again. Have gained all the weight I lost. No excuses---Back to WW and OA. I need to regain my health not weight!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and comment on my blog :) I appreciate it! Walking any race is an accomplishment as well! If you ever want to check it out, Hal Higdon has a website at halhigdon.com where he has training programs for walking or running any race distance. They are great programs and I used them in the past and will be using them again. Also, Jeff Galloway has a great walk/run program as well at his website. I have never used his, but have heard great things about it. Whether you walk or run, either way is a goal and an achievment!! Thank you again :) ~ Kandice emoticon emoticon
