Ever since i started on SparkPeople, I have always made big goals and not once have i completed them, or disciplined myself enough to complete them.

So I am trying something different! I am going to set a series of smaller goals, that are reachable each week, and see if that works in attaining my one true goal of weighing 135lbs. I am currently at 163.4lbs, and i am truely unhappy.

When your weight and thoughts of your weight are all you think about, then its time to do something about it! I owe it to myself to look and feel as good as i know i can! I know that i have it in me, I have just been putting it off. You know the phrase "oh, i'll just start this diet next week!" Well i've been doing that for the past 3 months now, and i am not getting anywhere!

MY Mini Fitness Goals for the next 5 weeks.

Week 1
1.) Cardio 6 days (no matter how long)
2.) Weight Train 4 days (Arms/Legs/Arm/Legs)

Week 2
1.) 6hrs of Cardio this week
2.) Weight Train 4 days (Arms/Legs/Arms/Legs)

Week 3
1.) 7hrs of Cardio (2hrs done outside)
2.) Yoga twice
3.) Weight Train 4 Days (Arms/Legs/Arms/Legs

Week 4
1.) 8hrs of Cardio (3hrs done outside)
2.) Yoga 3 times
3.) Weight Train 3 Days (Total Body Circuit)

Week 5
1.) 9hrs of Cardio (4.5hrs done outside)
2.) Yoga 4 Times
3.) Weight Train 3 Days (Total Body Circuit)

Fitness Minutes: 2,445

My Goals:
These are my goals that I want to have met by March 15, 2009! (Day we leave for Cabo!)

-20-30lbs, weight loss, depending on how much muscle is gained; Started at 157lbs.

-Have dropped 3-4 pant sizes. (Started at 9's, 10's, and 11's, depending on brand)

-LOSE ALL JIGGLE; and all of it lies in my midsection!

-Increase the size and firmness of my butt. (I was born with the flatest butt ever!)

-Create proportion with my body by increasing the size of my legs. (My upper body is larger than my lower and need to add some muscle mass to my legs)

-BE CONFIDENT AND BEAUTIFUL!


My Program:

-1300-1400 calories/day
-2-3 Protein Shakes/day
-Multi/Energy/Recovery vitamins each day
-Following the ABS Diet for Women recipes and motivational factors.

WEEK 1 PLAN
-MW - Lift arms along with 30-60 mins cardio.
-TTH - Lift legs along with 30-60 mins interval training.
-FSSun - I have a basketball tourney this weekend so i will get an hour to two hours each day! YAY!



Personal Information:
I am from Butte, MT. A small town crested right in the middle of the mountains. I am 23 years old and have tons of interest in the way the body works. I love trying new ways to transform and see different changes in my body.

I love the slender, lean muscle. Victoria Secret models are my total inspiration. They are toned, but uber sexy!
