My Goals:
I am looking to loose just over 50 lbs and get in better overall health.

We have a wedding to go to on July 31st and I"m hoping to wow some friends I haven't seen in a while

My Program:
Working out 4 to 6 days a week, alternating cadio days and strength days and resting on Saturdays.

I've got a good mix of stuff - Charlene Extreme, Power 90, P90X, Yoga Booty Ballet, Biggest Loser last chance workout, Jillian Micheals dvds, gazelle, walk/jog and now that spring is back biking! The more variety I have the better I stick with it.

read you post about feeling frustrated and I have a question.
Are you expecting to see the same results you saw when you first started? Because the huge drop in weight at the beginning is a lot of water.
But exercise needs to go hand and hand with the eating ...
and if you have eaten something salty or if your digestion hasn't fully processed it...you won't see the weightloss initially ...but it will come. Keep exercising and watch the calories...you will be successful if you stick to it.
