I've gone up and down throughout my entire life but the past few years have gone only up. I'm now 35 and its time to take back control, stop making excuses and kick my own a** back into shape!

My Goals:
I am looking to loose just over 50 lbs and get in better overall health. We have a wedding to go to on July 31st and I"m hoping to wow some friends I haven't seen in a while
My Program:
Working out 4 to 6 days a week, alternating cadio days and strength days and resting on Saturdays. I've got a good mix of stuff - Charlene Extreme, Power 90, P90X, Yoga Booty Ballet, Biggest Loser last chance workout, Jillian Micheals dvds, gazelle, walk/jog and now that spring is back biking! The more variety I have the better I stick with it.
