HI. I just saw a thread you started on the beginner tri team, and was wondering how the training is going? I have my first tri in July too, and started training in January. I was really, really nervous.

I loved your PE class running the mile rant on the C25K thread. Thanks for speaking out for all non-mile runners that suffered through the dreaded "running cycle" in JR high and High school. :) I WISH I was at a 10 minute mile...give me a year and I'll run circles around Mr Slusher (my hated gym teacher of 15 years ago.) :)
