Hey Girl,
I am doing great. lost another pound this week for a total of 6 pounds so I hit my goal when I wanted to. I see you are are doing pretty good too. Just getting ready for this weekend. Going Camping with the family. Hope you have a great 4th. stay in touch

hi. thanks for the birthday shout out!!! Hope your day goes well today. I worked out yesterday and was good as far as my dinner. I had a salad and baked potato. But then went to a friends and she had cake. I only had a small piece though. Luckily I'm not a big sweet eater. thanks for adding me to your friend list.

Hi, you and I have almost lost the same amount of weight. This is my second go at this and I am hoping to stick with it this time. I was wondering if you wanted a buddy so we can motivate each other. I'm from texas, and it's so hot here. I have 3 kids and just turned 36 today. Anyways hope we can stay in touch and chat.
