1.) To be fit, fabulous, and 40
2.) To run a 5K race - DONE!
3.) To run a 10K race
4.) To go shopping for a new (and smaller) wardrobe.
5.) To not be too hard on myself.

Mon: 45 Min. Weights, 2 Hrs. Roller Derby
Tues: 1 Hr. Spin Class, 1 Hr. Running
Wed: Weights, Running
Thu: Spin Class, Roller Derby
Fri: Weights, Running
Weight Watchers, Roller Derby, Spin Class, Weights, and Running
