My Goals:
I want to accomplish something that seems so impossible....
I want to be healthy again!
I want to weight under 200 lbs
I want to wear a size 8, I am now a size 20/22.
I want to have a baby next year so I want to begin the pregnancy at the lowest weight possible, also as I introduce healthy eating habits it will help me during my pregnancy to give birth to a healthy baby!


My Program:
FITNESS GOALS:-
Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD 6 days a week for the next three months.
20 minutes strength training Monday, Thursday and Saturday for the next three months

WATER- 8 glasses daily, soda once weekly! (not gonna do it cold turkey)

A FOOD DIARY - I have to do this!!
Write down everything that goes into my mouth.
Cut my sugar and sodium intake by half!
