We are a support group that mostly weighs 200+ pounds (or we once did....), but we are realling working hard to get to “One-der-land” and then stay there once we get there.
Though we have challenges, buddies, and support, Here is our weekly program....
MONDAY: Post your 24 hour Challenge to yourself.
TUESDAY: List how you did on your 24 hr Challenge?
WEDNESDAY: Non Scale Victory (NSV) Here is where you could post how you did on your weekend events
THURSDAY: What are you grateful for...
FRIDAY: *What are you doing for your weekend plans if you want to share? Note: many of us struggle with events; this is where you may want to think about and post what you are doing and how you are planning to handle the food part of your event.
SATURDAY: 1. Weigh in Day for Shred Challenge (see the thread for that) -- You can post your numbers on any day that works for you! *2. Discussion on emotional eating concerns.
SUNDAY: Post how well you did on your accumulative week: Did you participate in all of the above, and how well did you work your personal program--food, exercise, etc?
