you're off to a great start! i know you're anxious to lose, but be gentle with yourself. lasting change takes time. on the chance you don't make your ultimate goal weight by your deadline, don't quit. the calendar continues, and you've got time..... emoticon

Hello and welcome, You are in the right place here at Sparkpeople.com.

There are so many people here that are in the same place as you are or were and have made it and are continuing to push themselves further.

Tips: Log your calories and stick with the program. Join the challenges with your groups and read others blogs and stories to help motivate you.

Think positive and remember this is not a Journey that end when you are in that size 9 that you desire it's a life time commitment.
