Doing ok here. Working on a new 3 days/ week (not huge, but if consistent better than I've done) exercise regime. Spinning on Mondays, cardio of some sort on Wednesdays during my girl's soccer practice, and Body Pump on Fridays. Did three days last week...thought that was pretty good for me.

I as always am very on again off again, but still a small few pounds down so that must count for something. I'm trying to do 10 mins. of exercise every morning just to get myself in the right frame of mind each day - did 3 of 5 last week so figure that's not bad! Strongly considering buying new spinning shoes which will hopefully motivate me to do that more often. The ones I have now pinch my toes - I've had them since before I had the kids!!
Hang in there and yes, I'm trying to get myself a little further up the list. May start working out during my daughter's soccer practice on Wednesdays. Every little bit helps, right?!
How's it going, Val? Ok here. Nothing stellar but I lost another pound so that's good! Not as good getting to the gym this week...Halloween is alot of work!! I have to get "lightning" and "thunder" made and I'm running short on time...
