    Hi there! I just joined the FitBit Team tonight and read your post. I just wanted to say that I have had bad sleep habits my whole life too and recently, I found this app on my iPhone called "Calm.com" or maybe the app is just called "Calm" but it has between 2 to 30 minute guided meditations and I've been doing at least the five (learning how to quiet my brain...couldn't do 30 minutes yet!) and I feel like it's really been helping me to sleep better...which in turn, I believe is keeping me more motivated to make healthy choices every day. I've had a 2-week health streak and feel really determined...

    Just wanted to pass that 2 cents along. Try it out! Maybe it'll work. If you don't have a smart phone, I know there are CD's you can get with the same thing. :)
