My Goals:
To lose 3-4 kgs each month, aiming at 18 kgs over a period of around 6 months

My Program:
Remove fat from diet
Reduce portion size
Eat 2 fruit and 5 vegetables daily
Drink more water
Exercise daily - start with walking increasing time/speed
add strength exercises

Welcome back to the Spirited Dawgies. I am so happy that your back! What fun and challenges we will do as we romp in the fall leafs and journey to a healthier life style. I made some healthy dawgie biscuits to take on our travels. They taste just like pumpkin bread!

emoticon !!! If I am reading ur weigh ins so far,, LOOKS as if you CAN MAKE UR WEIGH IN GOAL !!! WOOHOOOOO !!

Plz can I have ur time for this week? THANKS !! AND WOWZERS !! Did you look and see next weeks chal? I have my GD's Bridal shower to go to on Sun, but I am going to DO MY BEST TO NOT EAT ANY JUNK FOOD !! And we KNOW there will be a TON OF IT !! YIKSTerS !! Including the fact that her Mom is making a CAKE AND She's a baker,, so it's ALWAYS THE TOP OF THE RACK STUFF !! YUMMY !!!! Maybe I'll freeze a piece for a week?

HI Hon !! I am going thru the weigh ins,, and can see how CLOSE YOU ARE TO MAKING IT A!! WOOHOOOO !!!

I HOPE YOU DO !! I had to cut OUT most of my sweets,, I've ALWAYS been a SWEET A HOLIC and since the age of 1,,,that's what I ve existed on. I NEVER ate a FRUIT OR VEGGIE til about a yr ago,,,and believe me,,,Its VERY SLOW GOING, but I am Finding I DO like some fruits,,, AMAZING !!!

So I KNOW if you concentrate on what it is ur eating,, and doing the exercises as YOU ARE AND THANKS SO MUCH For ALWAYS reporting them !! WOOHOOOOO !!!,,,, YOU CAN HIT UR GOAL !!!!
