I want to be comfortable in my own skin

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 25lbs and to get back into running and swimming just as much for the health benefits as for the stress outlet they will provide. I have a wedding to attend in May 2011 where I will be a bridesmaid on the beach and I need to be in bathing suit shape.
My Program:
I am writing in my journal each day and tracking all Nutrition and Fitness with Sparkpeople. I am making efforts to "Eat Clean". I plan to gradually increase my cardio and then begin the C25K running program (Have to quit smoking first) A couple of really good cookbooks: The Complete Light Kitchen by Rose Reismen and The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno

I get the "Nutrition Action Healthletter" each month and I subscribe to "Clean Eating" magazine I have read: Master your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels (life changing) I have read: The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno (I'm also following her Eat Clean Diet Cookbook - very good and healthy) I am currently reading: The Beck Diet Solution
