Thanks for your suggestions. I tried Day 1 of 5/2 yesterday--you're right, it actually wasn't bad. I hadn't read your suggestion yet, so I had already eaten a small breakfast and a small snack (a cup of steamed veggies). Anyhoo, I've got the book coming, and I've joined the 5/2 team.
What do you do on the off days? I've read some say to eat whatever and some say to do restricted--thoughts? How long have you been doing it?
