It's time for...me.

I'm 30 years old, and a single mom. While I'm completely awesome, I need to lose 30 pounds to make it to a healthy weight. I struggled with anorexia as a teenager, and after becoming a mom and going to nursing school any healthy habits I had quickly fell by the wayside.

I work full-time and own my own business on the side, which keeps me busy enough to make it easy to push exercise and healthy cooking to the back burner in favor of "quick and easy".

It really is a matter of starting over everyday, if needed, and doing the best you can for yourself in that time.

I'm not perfect, but I'm going to give it my best!
