It has been 7 weeks since I started to change my lifestyle. That is a convincing term I use to say I am eating restrictively, and adding exercise back into my life!!
On the "biggest loser" fan spark pages there is a 10 week challenge that started March 17 and runs until Mem day. It is just something to keep us motivated, especially me because I feel held accountable!! If I am not held accountable.......well......uhum........I cheat like a big dog!! lol
It is also crazy to actually verbalize the goal. It made it real for me. 3105 days ago
Oh yes, the "what do you mean it has only been 3 minutes!" of elliptical torture!! LOL
My feet, actually toes do go numb also. I try and adjust my weight, (how I stand, leaning forward or standing up straight) and that helps, I also shift foot position every now and then. Of course I try not to mess up my stride...........but I have not quite mastered that!!
