It's time to lose weight!
My name is Shannon. I really hate the way I look so I'm wanting to change that.I just had a baby 1 year ago and although I didn't gain much weight, (plus I lost it all after I had him), it was hard on me because I had a high risk pregnancy with being morbidly obese and having high blood pressure. My name is Shannon. It just made my pregnancy difficult and I really want to lose weight so I NEVER have to go through that again. I've been on Spark People for about five years now but I haven't really used it too much. Now since I'm really wanting to lose weight I'm using it to help me out. I want to lose a total of 100+ pounds and right now I'm at about 280. I tried dieting before and I lost weight to where I thought I looked decent. But I went back to my old habits and I gained 80 pounds within three years. I need to stop what I am doing and lose weight before I can gain anymore! This will be hard but I am willing to just do it so I can lose weight and not only that become healthier. I'm looking for friends!!!! I want to exchange thoughts and helpful advice. I'm counting my calories and doing some cardio exercise. I'm also just drinking water with an occasional diet soda. (just one every now and then.)
