It's time to lose weight!

My name is Shannon. I really hate the way I look so I'm wanting to change that.I just had a baby 1 year ago and although I didn't gain much weight, (plus I lost it all after I had him), it was hard on me because I had a high risk pregnancy with being morbidly obese and having high blood pressure. My name is Shannon. I've been on Spark People for about five years now but I haven't really used it too much. Now since I'm really wanting to lose weight I'm using it to help me out. I want to lose a total of 100+ pounds and right now I'm at about 280. I tried dieting before and I lost weight to where I thought I looked decent. But I went back to my old habits and I gained 80 pounds within three years. I need to stop what I am doing and lose weight before I can gain anymore! This will be hard but I am willing to just do it so I can lose weight and not only that become healthier. I'm looking for friends!!!! I want to exchange thoughts and helpful advice. Hey kiddo I'm glad to see you decided to come back to spark people along side your big sis! We can do this together. I know it's very hard and we will have temptations all the time food is just so GOOD. And when it's that good it's BAD!
