The Final Countdown

I've always been an active and fairly healthy person. As the weight began to creep on in my 20's, I joined Weight Watchers and found success. For many years I've stayed within a comfortable range with the occasional gain of 1-2 pounds, but eventually those occasional gains have added up. At the age of 43 I find myself revaluating my goals and really wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle. As a fitness enthusiast and aerobic instructor, I struggle like many others when it comes to food. Although I'm strong and have good cardio fitness, I can feel this extra 17 pounds weighing me down. It's time to make a change! I'm ready for the Final Countdown to a healthy weight.

Thank you so much for the goodie you sent me :) I appreciate it! I am loving the Body Pump class. Are you familiar with them? I needed to switch up my strength training routine so I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. Planning on doing them 3 days a week and seeing what results I get.
