Slim's Journey
I am now 63. The last time I posted, Alyson was about 14 months. We welcomed Brianna in March, 2008. She is a very happy baby--even wakes up with a smile. These children are the light of our lives.

My goals are to get rid of excess weight, take strain off my heart and other organs and to keep my cholesterol down to a number I can cope with.
My Program:
I am watching what I eat, weighing and measuring my food, writing it down, exercising, drinking water and not worrying about what the scale says. I go by how my clothes fit
