Hi Buddy! I know, I know, it has been awhile. I have to laugh because we are so alike. I gained a little (okay 10lbs to be exact over the holidays) weight. I just refuse to be disciplined during the winter holidays. As you know with young children, it really is the best time of the year. But I see you are back on track and I am so proud and encouraged by you. I was at 140 my last weigh-in, my next is tomorrow (Sunday). I joined my state's team "Last SP member standing" competition to keep on track (I can be so competitive).
Other than that, I know this is a VERY BUSY time of year for you. I was just thinking about you and wanted to let you know that I have not dropped the program.
Hey friend! It has been a long time since I wrote you. I love this time of the year because it leads to the holidays. However, it is also a stressful and eat-indulgent time of the year. I have not been as faithful with logging in. I continue to exercise, but tracking calories is especially hard on the weekend. I have become so distracted with work and other things going on. I am so glad to hear from you and see your name in my friendfeed because you keep me motivated. I pray all is well with your family and that your baby is adjusting to kindergarten.
