I'm not Who I Was
I'm a redheaded, twenty-something with a B.S. in Mathematics. I focused on school for too long, ending up gaining a lot of weight and developing extremely unhealthy habits. As I near the end of my college career (I'm about to receive a Master's degree), I'm finally trying to focus on myself and being healthier inside and out. I'm a redheaded, twenty-something with a B.S. in Mathematics. I focused on school for too long, ending up gaining a lot of weight and developing extremely unhealthy habits. As I near the end of my college career (I'm about to receive a Master's degree), I'm finally trying to focus on myself and being healthier inside and out. I began working out, eating better foods, practicing yoga, and meditating in June 2012, after ending a year and a half relationship. I was at my heaviest, 173 pounds, and most miserable. As I write this (January 2013), I've lost 31 pounds, and I feel incredible physically and emotionally! My longterm goal is to get my weight to around 120 pounds and keep it there. I would love to be at 130 by March 9 for my brother's cruise wedding.
