My Weight Loss Journey
I'm Tracy. I am a 47 year old Christian SAHM mom of three (ages 12 -19), married for 22 years. I live in Eastern Washington (State).
I joined SparkPeople on January 16th, 2007. I'm hopeful with the help of God to lose weight and get healthy for Him and for my family.
I enjoy playing Sudoku, reading, quilting, beginning crochet, music, flower and vegetable gardening. We have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 3 rabbits.

My Goals:
I want to get to a healthy weight to reduce my risks for diabetes and heart disease. Having a fit and trim body will give me more energy and reduce my Lupus symptoms. Most of all, I want to be around for my husband and children, and someday, grandchildren!!
My Program:
1.) Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
2.) Record food intake and keep within suggested caloric limit.
3.) Exercise 5-6 days a week on stationary bike.
4.) Begin strength training 2 days a week.
5.) Lower my blood pressure through exercise and nutrition.
6.) Lower my cholesterol levels through exercise and nutrition.
Personal Information:
I am a Christian SAHM of three kids. I've been married for 21+ years to my college sweetheart. We live in Washington State on the DRY eastern side. Most people think the entire Northwest is wet and rainy. Not here. We get only 6 inches of rain per year. We also have sagebrush and tumbleweeds!
My favorite place to vacation is on the ocean beaches, preferably the Oregon coast.
Other Information:
I enjoy playing Sudoku, reading, listening to all kinds of music, flower and vegetable gardening, quilting, and other crafts plus I'm learning to crochet.
