My Program:
I am currently a member of the YMCA. I do an hour of strength training and an hour of cardio 3-4 days a week. My exercise hours are 5 to 6 hours a week. I absolutely love it. My favorite is Cardio Jams and Zumba where I can dance and really shake my bootie...LOL... I stick to 1600 calories a day and I try not to eat any CARBS at my evening meal. It helps a great deal!

I am from Virginia. I am a dedicated worker. I love the color blue..all shades. I am a romantic movie buff. My favorite show is STILL the Golden Girls. I have a beautiful daughter who is almost 25, two stepsons, and a wonderful husband Jerome...a.k.a Precious. Life is sweet..

Other Information:
I love spending time with family. Daughter, stepsons, hubby and Mama are my heart!Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I have a little Yorkie named Peanut. My favorite dessert and weakness is Turtle Cheesecake....I hope to one day be in shape to teach my own aerobics class!

    Thanks for responding to my blog post. I have Chalene Johnson's CarSmart series, and in one of those she wrote that a lot of people who kept off weight did it because they ate the same thing everyday. So I followed that advice. I baked some eggs in a muffin tin, and had a baked egg with 2 slices of bacon and 1 english muffin for breakfast, 1 serving of campbell's soup for lunch, peanut butter with 1/2 serving of pretzels for snack, and then for dinner I ate whatever I was fixing for my family. I kept an eye on my carbs. I love coca-cola, so I made sure that if I wanted to have 4 oz of it, that I would cut back on the carb for whatever meal I was eating it with. I just REALLY watched my carbs. I'm not perfect and this was just the start, but I was so surprised at how easy the weight was coming off. I'm hoping that once my mouth heals, I won't go crazy and's all in the mind! Sarah Hallberg is also a good one to watch about low carbs. She gave a TedX presentation that is very good to watch.

    1 egg beaten with 1 tbs cream 2 tbs melted butter Add egg to dry ingredients then mix in butter. Zap 90 sec. I top it with strawberries and sugar free whipped cream. I use it when I really need that sweet tooth need met.

    I wanted to give you the microwave cake recipe if you wanted it. You need one of those containers for cooking eggs in the microwave. 1 tbs coconut powder 1 tbs cocoa powder 1 tbs protein powder (any flavor ) 1/2 tsp baking powder
