    Just wanted to stop by and say - WELCOME TO SPARK!

    This is such a great site. I noticed you have joined quite a few teams. Do they have any ongoing challenges?

    At the beginning I used a lot of the team challenges to get me motivated and moving. Now, I have gotten to the place where I set my own challenges and just need a place to post my success.

    If you love walking...there are many teams that have STEP challenges or mileage challenges.

    Use the Spark tools especially at the beginning of your journey...use the NUTRITION TRACKER and track ALL FOOD eaten...and make adjustments to your calorie intake as necessary.
