This is so funny, I was just mentioning you on a comment I left on SHAWFAN's blog (she was struggling) about weightgrapher.com and how you always told me to WATCH the TRENDING WEIGHT....great minds....

I have not gotten mine yet but I checked back and had gotten mine from Barnes and Noble books (not sure why) but it has mailed but a day later....do NOT worry about me...we are both so excited about the new book so go for it! I'm hoping you blog it (you KNOW I do better "following" anyway and especially YOU) we can do the other together anyway and same applies there...even if you do that a day or so ahead of me is FINE...I LOVE "following you" I am just excited about both books!

You are SO RIGHT! I am SO THANKFUL that I never even THINK to eat at stressful times now. WHAT happened there? I don't know and I don't care...but Beck did it SOMEHOW!

Yes, agree with ALL you say....that was why I had the surgery....the medication I took to "hold" the situation in check was SO expensive that I said I didn't even want our insurance to pay it! OUTRAGEOUS. And yes, between you and Connie (as I said she is very "alternative" too) I am getting more and more into "alternative" myself....Thank you so much for your comment and for understanding! emoticon

I have not tried Beck, but I may have to look into it due to many people here on Spark that have had great success with it.
