You make my day, when I read a comment from you first thing in the morning like today! Between you and John I can NEVER forget how well this has gone (really, how well BECK WORKS). Cannot ever thank you enough....and I agree with the "goal range"....but not QUITE sure what exactly that means....perhaps that would make a good blog from you explaining it...I have read a few other blogs "wondering about" "goal" and such....just sayin'.

I was 124.8 (NEW LOW) this morning and yesterday's 127.0 was my "usual problem" but okay now....but I am really wanting to know exactly about this "goal range"....wish my brain didn't need to be "taught" everything....think that is from my dad...he loved learning and taking classes almost until he died at 78!

You are the emoticon emoticon emoticon and I MEAN that!

Love,
Gaye

When God thought of mother, He must have laughed with satisfaction... so rich, so deep, so divine, so full of soul, power, and beauty was the conception. –Henry Ward Beecher

Reflect on the many blessings your mother brought to your life today. I know I am a product of the love and care given by my mother oh so many years ago and though she has been gone for almost 50 years I miss her every day and wish I had been blessed with her presence even longer.

Happy Mother's Day

Wow, I really appreciate your caring suggestion about the potato chips . . . and the methodology too.

Right now life is pretty stressful but I'm going to tuck this away for consideration towards the end of the month when it should be more calm.

And: thank you!!
