Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors,
and let each new year find you a better man.
~Benjamin Franklin

Striving to improve on a daily basis will help us to reach the goal we are aiming for. Are you working to reach your goal(s) each and every day??

You must stop by my Saturdays blog. I added pics from the first time we used the Spirilizer.

I have the Paderno Spirilizer (Amazon) and have used it several times. Mostly for zucchini noodles. Although we are meat eaters every now and then we like to have meatless meals.

I also have the Cuisinart hand stick with attachments (Amazon) which I would highly recommend. We mostly use them for our morning fruit smoothies which unfortunately we've got away from. Must get back to that good habit again. There's so much energy we received from drinking raw fruits and veggies. The hand stick is great for hot and cold.

emoticon for encouraging me to join the maintenance team. I feel just as you said... that the skills the team teaches will help me RIGHT NOW. Don't want to repeat my last experience with failing to maintain!
