"Between you and every goal that you wish to achieve, there is a series of obstacles, and the bigger the goal, the bigger the obstacles. Your decision to be, have and do something out of the ordinary entails facing difficulties and challenges that are out of the ordinary as well. Sometimes your greatest asset is simply your ability to stay with it longer than anyone else." - Brian Tracy

No no no. I have to believe your husband takes considerable pleasure in his pretty slim healthy wife who's the star of the dance floor!! It can't be that guzzling back wedges of pizza would matter more to him . . . it can't be. (Bet you he'd surprise you if you asked him!!)

Friendship can weather most things and thrive in thin soil - but
it needs a little mulch of letters and phone calls and small silly
presents every so often - just to save it from drying out completely.
- Pam Brown

Here is to making sure our friendship never dries up!

Have an awesome week.

“Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It’s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it’s when you’ve had everything to do, and you’ve done it.” – Margaret Thatcher

Lesson: You might sometimes dream about a slow day, but you know you thrive when things get crazy. Don’t rest on your laurels when you could be challenging yourself to do and be better.

Have a fantastic weekend.

"I just spent hours doing something not of my choosing that was complicated and frustrating": oh my, I sure do relate to this -- because it makes me so MAD when I realize that yup, I've "done it again". And I do.

That NO thing takes . . . practice!!
