I have a pretty good body image, but I'd really like to lose weight and improve my fitness because:
1. I have a family history of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
2. I've always wanted to do a backflip. :)
3. I want to not have to worry about my health anymore- at least not this aspect.
4. This is His Temple, and I need to care for it!
If I get to 150 by November 1, I'll buy Owl City's new album!

Improve health, gain flexibility, do a backflip!
I work out 3 times a week at L.A. Fitness, once a week a trainer. I try to mix my cardio up a bit (swimming, elliptical, ski machine, treadmill, stairmaster, bike, etc.), and I enjoy weight training. For nutrition, I'm currently eating between 1,500-1,750 calories a day and drinking at least 12 cups of water. Oh, and I LOVE fruit! It's dessert for me. :)
