I started with the flat belly diet to help get rid of my stubborn baby belly fat. That actually did work and with no exercise. It just shows how much toxic crap we eat without thinking about it, and I'm not really that unhealthy of an eater. After my first child I had lost 25 lbs, but now being engaged and the holidays...well, I put back on half of it. Now that I am expecting again I need to get back in shape and try to stay there through the pregnancy, so that I do not have same ...

It just shows how much toxic crap we eat without thinking about it, and I'm not really that unhealthy of an eater. After my first child I had lost 25 lbs, but now being engaged and the holidays...well, I put back on half of it. Now that I am expecting again I need to get back in shape and try to stay there through the pregnancy, so that I do not have same struggle I had losing my baby fat with my first child, and to hopefully not have a huge baby, since my fiance's mother's children averaged 12 pounds, AAAAHHHH!
