Be consistant. Lose 20 pounds (was only 10 but 10 crept back!)

My Program:
Eating good foods prepared in a healthy way with lots of fruits and vegetables. Watching portion sizes.( I track on and off to keep myself honest.) Finding fun ways to exercise and get moving.

Personal Information:
My name is Cheryl and I live in Lakeland, Fl which is halfway between Tampa and Orlando. My husband and I like visiting our local nature reserve & theme parks for long walks, animal and people watching.

Other Information:
Love reading, crossword puzzles & sudoku, nature walks, sewing and listening to the birds sing in our backyard while curled up on my swing with a good book.
