    What a wonderful inspiration you have with your two 6 year olds. I know that my children motivate me more each year. It is an exciting and rewarding experience to be able to play nad take advenetures with your kids.It is what drives me each day. I have three kids who motivate me daily. We sign up for races and bike rides and triathlons together. The best thing is that you are modeling it for them as well. Good luck to you. Remember to take it just one day at a time. you will get there...success is yours to claim.

    Yes, you CAN do this. And you are definitely not "OLD"--I'm 65 and my kids are grown. I'm not too old to develop a healthy lifestyle though because I plan to live to reach 100. And I want to be healthy doing it. How lucky for your kids that you will be developing this healthy lifestyle AND modeling it for them so they don't ever have to deal with weight and fitness issues as adults. I didn't tackle those things when my own kids were growing up and now they're both grown and gone (29 and 32) and both weigh over 300 lb. It's a guilt I live with every day. Bless you for doing this now for yourself and for your kids. You not only CAN do it, but you are to be commended for doing it. Congratulations!
