Life, Take 2

I use to have trouble finding motivation to get up and get to the gym. Then one day, after taking a Pilates class, I realized that the typical gym setting was not for me! It did not push me or inspire me.

Flash forward to the present day where I have found several different forms of exercise that motivate me, excite me, and definitely push me and my boundaries (in a good way). These days I take classes in the following:

-Bikram Yoga aka Hot Yoga
-Rock Climbing & ...

Oh, and sometimes I arm wrestle for fun and for charity.
