My Goals:
I need to keep eating healthier foods.
My main goal is to keep up with my grandkids, (7,5 &4) and really enjoy my time with them.
Learn how to swim so I can add laps to my water workouts.

My Program:
Go to the YMCA every day that I function.
Try to keep my calories and my exercise in balance.
Have at least 4 colors in every meal and drink at least a gallon of water every day.
Start working out with my Mom at least 3 times a week.
Learn yoga with the girls.

Personal Information:
I'm LeAnne. I live in MO. I have 2 kids and 3 amazing grandkids that I need to be around for. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so getting fit is going to be a real challenge for me. But I know that it's a challenge that I will win!

Other Information:
I'm a "FLYbaby" while I try to get my house and my life organized with daily routines and I want to make new and healthier habits for my body.

A quote that I read makes a lot of sense to me. "The difference in who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

I love to read and work puzzles. My favorite author is Kathy Reichs, (the Bones series creator).

My favorite singer is Danny O'Donnell & my favorite band is Sawyer Brown.
