OK! This is what I wanna change! That's me on the left at 200+ pounds.

About ten years ago I weighed somewhere in the 150's. This is close to what I'm aiming for.

My primary goal has very little to do with my appearance, although I notice I HATE to be in photographs. I'm 66 years old and I want my next 34 birthdays to celebrate strength (physical, emotional, character) and better health. I have the usual health problems associated with obesity, i.e., hypertension, Type II diabetes, and high cholesterol. I'm a retired RN, and I know I can improve these numbers with weight loss. I LOVE to cook and experiment with recipes. I'll share. I HATE exercise. ...
