I'm so happy to have met my goal. I know, with my thyroid issues, that I will have to keep working to keep my weight and fitness level in a healthy range. I fluctuate up and down several pounds every week, but I am at my goal weight at least one day a week and I am totally happy with that.
I pray that my hashimoto's will stay controlled and that I will not have to struggle like I did the last 2 years.
