My Goals:
I would like to lose my last 20 pounds.

I also want to learn to stay active during the winter. It's easy the rest of the year when I can get outside to play tennis.

My Program:
I used to be on Weight Watchers, using their online tools. I want to track more than what WW has available (sodium, potassium, calcium).

I also have a full gym available at work (free of charge) for the first time. I plan to use it.

I'm glad that your fine line rests between gentleness and pushing yourself to do things that are good for you, because no matter how you slice it, you're taking care of yourself. Honestly, I think that as long as you're not being self-destructive, it's a win. But, something I used to do when I first lost my dad was to drive out to a beautiful spot. I would go with only the intention of being in beauty but, once I got there, I'd give myself the option to walk...usually, I did --- not because I should, but because it felt good and I actually wanted to explore around a bend or go see a newly opened flower. My own curiosity and longing for adventure got me moving once I was out there. Maybe that could work for you too...
