My Goals:
My goal is to lose several pounds for better health. I will seldom have dessert, & almost no meat.

My Program:
Three days a week most weeks I do several exercises in the near- by gym. I try to walk (or bike, also - 30 minutes a day. I sometimes do exercises in my room, too.

Personal Information:
Lorraine is currently living in Rochester, MN and working at St. Marys Hospital less than half time. I work at an information, lost & found desk. I find it interesting.

Other Information:
I like some of the old time TV programs. It is important to me that I am Christian.
