Shared Food Tracker
I have really been working hard since Jan 27th to loose weight. As of today I have lost 23lbs. I really would like to get under 190 lbs by April 27th. I have and will continue to journal all my food, and to walk daily. If you are reading my sparkpage, I just want to let you know that loosing weight is a long processs, that you must go through. I didn't put in on over night and neither did you. So lets walk this journey together, and loose one pound at a time together. If you feel nonmotivated just start reading different threads. There is so much support on Spark. Have a great day and keep on sparking. If you feel yourself getting bored with things change it up. I not only track on the foodtracker, but I started a journal on my birthday, and I write everything, what I eat, what exercise I did for the day, how I feel, what makes me want to eat so I can change it. I feel great about what I am doing.
Continue to meet and make new buddies. Continue to keep my bloodsugar in the range of 80 -120. Continue to plan out my meals, so that they are healthy. continue to walk everyday except Sunday we all need to rest
joined sparkteam, and a lifecenter program, Use the food tracker. FOR the first couple of days, track what you are really eating, then follow one of their plans, you will be so surprized at how much food intake you are getting, but healthy choices.
I'm 44 years old. Live in Nashville , TN. I am the mother of two, Son 26, daughter 10. I like to watch tv, read with my child, volunteer at school,I enjoy camping.I don't have a lot of friends , but I love people.
I would like to encourage you to use the food tracker everyday. Try to make a buddy whenever you can. Pray if you believe, have faith always. Know that no answer is sometimes the best answer. Tell someone you care.Change up your homepage when your bored. It's easier than eating when you shouldn't be. If you do have buddies try to read something they wrote, or check in on the forum you both belong to, make sure they are ok.
