I miss fitting into that little black dress we all have. I tried the adkins & southbeach diets but eventually gained back what I lost. I'm so glad to find Sparkpeople because it has showed me how to loose weight & to live healthier. I was instantly hooked!
(goal of 8 - 15 pds a month)
I've always ate healthy but just way to much so I'm taking it easy by staying from 1000 to 1600 calories and 2500 if I decide to splurge. My work out routine is just 30 mins 3 days a week or more but not over setting my goals. I realize thats where I screwed up in the past.
