Going to try this as have been with another group for years, but not always quite dynamic enough. Started at 224 and was stuck around 207. Getting motivated and started with a cleansing of the 7 day cabbage soup diet. Not that bad, two days down and at 203.5 this morning, but not too surprising as calories are all good and low. Will see where this takes me.
