Although I'm not a runner yet (still too much weight bouncing around) I am walking between 3.0 & 3.5 mph on the treadmill so I am work toward that goal!! If you find a fast walking group that is more my speed right now..LoL Thank you soo much for your continued support! I take it where I can get it!! So THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
