Still working to find the balance between healthy and living. I have been teaching high school for twenty-four years am working on twenty-five! At this point , I am happy, healthy and thankful for my family. I want to continue to provide an example to my children of what balanced, clean living can provide. Fitness Minutes: 105,837

My Goals:
I am working to drop those clinging last 5 pounds but my goal is to try to stop the roller coaster of losing and gaining. I have managed to stay within 10 pounds of my goal weight since I originally lost the 30+ over 14 years ago. but I want to stay more consistent. I am happy at my current weight but I feel I could be a bit leaner. (So while I name my goal in weight loss, I am secretly looking at my thighs ;)


My Program:
Cardio: Treadmill 5-7 days a week (Run/Walk approx 30-45 minutes)
Strength: Body-weight and weight circuits 6 days (approx 1/2-45 minutes)
Steps: 12,000+ a day
Now that I am back to school, I do what I can, when I can - If I can fit an extra walk in at lunch, I will.



Personal Information:
I live in British Columbia and I am primarily a Core French high school teacher, although I also work with students as they transition from middle to high school.
I am married to a wonderful partner and we have two amazing sons aged 16 and 18. Life is good.


Other Information:
Every time that I exercise, I have hope that I will reach my goals. I need to stay active in order to keep my motivation alive! My mother has Alzheimer's and I see the value of living each day to the fullest.
