Hi! I am endeavoring to finally complete my weight loss goals. I have been overweight for most of my life and I want my 30's to be my most successful decade yet!

12/10 - 233 (start)

2011:

1/10 - 226.2 (achieved)

2/2- 219.8 (achieved)

2/27 - 211.8 (achieved)

3/4 - Mini Goal-209.2 (10%loss) (achieved)

3/16 - 205.8 (achieved)

3/26 - Mini Goal- 202.8 (-30 lbs) (achieved)

4/3 - 199.2 (achieved)

5/14 - Mini Goal - 193 (-40 lbs)

8/2011-5/2012: Regained all the weight

2012:
5/2012 - 12/2012 - Lost all of it plus 4 lbs!

12/30 Mini Goal - 189 (44 lbs lost - Halfway) (achieved)

2013:

Mini Goal-186.4 (20%loss) (achieved 2/26)

Mini Goal - 185 (No Longer Obese) (achieved 3/6)

Mini Goal - 183 (50 lbs lost) (achieved 3/9)

April - Present: weight loss plateau but inches lost



My Program:
Whatever I decided to do that day!

As of 1/2013, I'm doing Turbofire videos (in a haphazard fashion) and occasionaly Couch to 5K.

I workout every other day or every two days depending on what my body is telling me.

I will eventually need a consistent routine if I want to complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and a triathlon. But right now, I'm focusing on exercising regularly.
