Hi! I just turned 32 and am endeavoring to finally complete my weight loss goals. I have been overweight for most of my life and I want my 30's to be my most successful decade yet! My Program:
Whatever I decided to do that day! As of 1/2013, I'm doing Turbofire videos (in a haphazard fashion) and occasionaly Couch to 5K. I workout every other day or every two days depending on what my body is telling me. I will eventually need a consistent routine if I want to complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and a triathlon. But right now, I'm focusing on exercising regularly.
