    Hello everyone,

    Tomorrow Muffin Top-Less is starting a 90 day challenge. The way I am doing it is by using the cinch products by Shaklee where I will replace 2 meals a day with their products and have a sensible regular meal. I will also burn calories every day with zumba and strength training.

    I want to invite all of you to create a 90 days challenge for yourself, anything that works for you.

    Just work at it everyday and blog or post something about it.

    So, Happy New Year to you.

    How is your program and workouts. Consistent?

    I am doing well. We are having incredible weather, so it's great to go out and walk around the lake and just WALK! Food is good, although my carbs were too low and were making my workouts harder than they need to be.

    My daughter is in Rwanda and I am using these remaining 3 weeks she will be gone as fuel for change. I want to see what a month of excellence brings, and the look on her face when I am not bloated from sugar and bad carbs, but radiant with fresh vegetables and fruit.

    Hello Breezy,

    Congrats on the loss. Here comes the weekend and we must have absolute focus to navigate through the "num num bombs" being thrown at us... wanting to throw us off track.

    I totally enjoyed your pole dancing workout; you're adorable. That looks fun, but tough!

    So, what's the plan to stick to the plan? Mine is, don't eat what's not on my list. Period; and of course watch the portion size.

    Hello You!!

    Sooo kickin' butt on my program, despite my fever. Mainly, I am sticking to South Beach 100%, without exercise and it's still dropping. My fever broke today so I will exercise lightly tomorrow.

    Feeling better today, but still taking it easy. So happy because I have heard that this whole thing is really about 70% diet, 30% exercise for the loss. 100% exercise to like how you look, however.
