Tomorrow Muffin Top-Less is starting a 90 day challenge. The way I am doing it is by using the cinch products by Shaklee where I will replace 2 meals a day with their products and have a sensible regular meal. I will also burn calories every day with zumba and strength training.

Just work at it everyday and blog or post something about it.
I am doing well. We are having incredible weather, so it's great to go out and walk around the lake and just WALK! Food is good, although my carbs were too low and were making my workouts harder than they need to be.
My daughter is in Rwanda and I am using these remaining 3 weeks she will be gone as fuel for change. I want to see what a month of excellence brings, and the look on her face when I am not bloated from sugar and bad carbs, but radiant with fresh vegetables and fruit.
